Services Description
PANAdmin.in provides facilitation services for PAN card applications, corrections, reprints, and related services. We act as an intermediary between you and the government agencies (NSDL/Protean and UTI) that process PAN applications.
Our services include:
- Assistance with PAN card application forms
- Document verification and validation
- Submission of applications to appropriate government agencies
- Tracking application status
- Customer support throughout the process
Note: We are a service facilitator and not a government agency. The final approval and issuance of PAN cards rests with the respective government authorities.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if under 18
- Be a resident of India or eligible for an Indian PAN card
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
User Responsibilities
As a user of PANAdmin.in, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not use the service to submit fraudulent applications

Fees and Payments

- Shipping charges (for physical PAN card delivery)
All fees are clearly displayed before you complete your payment. We use Razorpay as our payment processor, and all payments are subject to their terms and conditions.
Payments are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the government agency, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on PANAdmin.in, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MyTaxon or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
PANAdmin.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any errors or omissions in the service
- Delays in processing by government agencies
- Rejection of applications by government agencies
- Any third-party conduct
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PANAdmin.in, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Any content you submit to the service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
